Qualifications:
- Minimum two (2) years administrative assistant experience
- Preferred, but not required – bilingual English and Spanish
- Excel/Work and Outlook experience
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Desire and willingness to take ownership of the position
- Ability to work under pressure and multitask
- Professional customer service is essential
- Ability to adapt to a changing work flow
- Fingerprint Clearance Card Required
